(It will show up at $0.00 in your cart.)
Congrats card
To start this card, I ink blended the background using our A2 sized Diamond Plaid stencil with Sky Blue and Raspberry Bliss inks. I trimmed it down and mounted to a navy colored card base with foam tape. Next I diecut the Stitched Scallop Rectangles multiple times from white cardstock, and once from gold pearl paper. I stacked and glued multiple layers of the inside frame. Next I diecut the leafy die multiple times from white cardstock, and also stacked and adhered them. I glued the leafy cuts to the top and the bottom of the plaid background, then mounted the scallop frames over top.
To create the sentiment, I first foiled the Brushed Sentiments hot foil plate using Aura colored foil. Then, I used the solid hot foil plate to foil the negative piece of foil leftover from the initial foiling, and that is where this sentiment comes from. I just LOVE having the solid plate option, and getting two beautiful sentiments out of one piece of foil. I diecut the sentiment out using the coordinating die, and adhered it to the middle of the card with foam tape. Then I finished by accenting with jewels & gold pearls.
This leafy die is SUPER versatile, and can be used in so many different ways! I hope you'll head on over to Scrapbook.com and grab it! All of the Pinkfresh Studio products are linked below, and I kept the list exclusive to Scrapbook.com, as the freebie die is only available there. I hope you have a great day!
