Wedding season is upon us, and what better way to celebrate than with a touch of handmade elegance? 💌 Today, I’m delighted to share a duo of swoon-worthy cards created with the new Gorgeous You collection by Spellbinders, paired perfectly with the exquisite Wedding Day Sentiments press plates.
These designs are a true ode to romance—soft florals, graceful lettering, and heartfelt messages make them ideal for weddings, anniversaries, or just sending a little love to someone special. Whether you're crafting for a lovely couple or celebrating love in all its forms, these cards are sure to charm and inspire.
Easy step by step instruction:
- Cut & fold (1) A2 card base from white cardstock and (1) from brushed gold cardstock.
- Using the largest arch die, create a shaped card from the gold card base.
- Hot foil one sentiment in polished brass to white cardstock, and the other to vellum in aura.
- Diecut the polished brass sentiment with the next size arch, then mount to the shaped card base with foam tape.
- Spritz an A2 panel of light pink cardstock, emboss with the Cross My Heart 3D embossing folder and mount to the white card base.
- Diecut the flower pieces, ribbon pieces and perfume bottle pieces.
- Assemble as shown, then adhere to each card front as shown.
- Wrap the foiled vellum sentiment around the middle of the perfume bottle, then accent with one additional flower to finish.
