Happy Wednesday, crafty friends! 🌸✨ I hope your week is off to a fabulous start. Today, I’m excited to share this elegant “Thinking of You” card featuring gorgeous products from Pinkfresh Studio. The background combines BetterPress letterpress & hot foiling, and I absolutely LOVE how it turned out! 💌✨

Here are instructions on how to create today's card:
- Cut & fold A2 card base from watermelon cardstock.
- Ink the Plaid press plate on a BetterPress system with peony ink, then press it into cotton paper.
- Using the washi tape hinge method, layer the cotton paper with satin gold foil to a hot foil system. Let it heat up, then run through a diecut machine.
- Hot foil the Delicate Rosebuds in satin gold foil to white cardstock, then use the solid hot foil plate to foil the leftover piece.
- Diecut the solid foiled rosebuds with the coordinating die.
- Diecut the plaid background with the largest Blanket Stitched Rectangle, then with a Blanket Stitched Oval.
- Diecut the oval frame with two Blanket Stitched Oval dies from gold glitter cardstock.
- Stamp the sentiment in detail black ink, then diecut with two additional layers of white cardstock. Stack & glue together.
- Adhere the plaid panel to the A2 card base, then mount the oval frame to the middle with foam adhesive.
- Arrange the rosebuds inside the oval as shown.
- Attach the sentiment to the lower left corner.
- Accent with pixie dust ombre glitter drops to finish.
I won't say that the foiling ended in perfect results, but it still looks really pretty! That could be because of the cotton paper, or maybe I didn't have enough pressure. But in the end, I am still really thrilled with out it turned out! I hope you'll try combining both letterpress and foiling together. It's stunning!
