Happy Wednesday, crafty friends! We had our final Create & Connect event this past weekend, which means it's been a little quiet around here! That's pretty typical for me when I'm busy like this. Something has to give a little, and it's typically social media & blogging. But today I'm back at it, sharing a card featuring our Thankful For Friends products, which happen to be 40% off this week!
Take 40% off our Hugs and Good Vibes & Thankful for Friends products now through Thursday, October 13th or while supplies last. Just be sure to use the code HUGS40 upon checkout in order to receive savings. Code expires on Thursday, October 13th at 11:59pm CST.
Yay! celebrate card
Card size: A2 - 4.25" x 5.5" (inches)
FEATURED PRODUCTS - complete supply list, linked to multiple sources.
Here is a quick overview on how to create this card:
- Step 1 - Foil the flower in rose gold, then use the solid plate to foil the leftover.
- Step 2 - Foil the sentiment in cobalt blue, then use the solid plate to foil the leftover.
- Step 3 - Ink blend the flower with the coordinating layering stencils.
- Step 4 - Do all the diecutting.
- Step 4 - Stamp the secondary sentiment to white cardstock & trim into strip.
- Step 6 - Assemble the card as shown, popping up some elements with foam tape for added dimension.
- Step 7 - Accent with pearls & jewels to finish.
Quick Note: Tucking the reverse foiled image behind the standard foiled image gives the card a little something extra, with out fully showcasing the bold amount of foil. This is a great way to add depth and dimension to your card without a ton of added bulk.
There are more images of these cards on my Instagram post. You can also check out my complete supply list below to multiple stores, or CLICK HERE to see it a bit easier. :)
