I will put all of the blog hop details at the end of my post, but how about we get to my cards first? I did some rainbow ink blending with one of the newest cling stamps!
Citrus Rainbow Birthday cards
Card Sizes: A2 (4 1/4 x 5 1/2 inches)

INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Cut white cardstock & red cardstock to 4 ¼ x 11 inches and score at 5 ½ inches to create top folding A2 size card bases.
2. Stamp and heat emboss the Fresh Fruit cling stamp in white to white cardstock.
3. Ink blend the panel in rainbow colors, then cover in glitter.
4. Ink blend another cardstock panel into a rainbow gradient, then heat emboss the Fresh Fruit image to the top.
5. Cut each panel with the largest A2 sized Stitched Rectangle.
6. Diecut the largest Stitched Scallop Rectangle from gold pearl paper.
7. Diecut the sentiment from gold pearl paper and white cardstock. Stack & adhere.
8. Assemble the cards as shown, popping some of the elements up with foam tape.
9. Accent with crystals to finish.
TIP: When I first stamped & heat embossed, and then ink blended over top...I didn't love how the color transferred a bit to embossing. I'm not one to waste work that I've done, so I covered that panel in glitter and it looked so much better!
