Happy Sunday, crafty friends! I wanted to pop in and share a card that I created on YouTube Live a few weeks back, which I turned into a card set over the weekend. You can watch the replay below!
I Love You Most of All card
Here is a quick little how-to if you'd rather not watch the live replay below. I started by blending my background using the Mirrored Triangles stencil and various shades of our premium dye inks in rainbow order. I trimmed it down with the largest Ornate Banner, and also created a frame for it in blue glitter paper. I cut out the word from Sentiment Suite: You; once from gold foil paper and twice from white cardstock, plus the shadow from vellum. I stacked and glued those together with a glue pen. I stamped the secondary sentiment from Simply Sentiments: You in Detail Black ink using my mini MISTI, then trimmed into a strip. I assembled the card as shown, popping most of the elements up with foam adhesive. To finish, I accented with our Crystals Mix in rainbow colors.
**In the video, the sentiment was white heat embossed on black cardstock. After creating the other two cards, I didn't love how they looked together. So I switched that sentiment out with black stamped on white.

You're a Whole Lot of Awesome card
For this card I used another ink blended panel from the Mirrored Triangles stencil. This is just one single stencil, but just by flipping it around in different ways you can create many different backgrounds. For this card, I used the stencil as shown on the back of the packaging. I trimmed it into a thinner panel, keeping the length the same as that of an A2 card. I cut the flower borders from white cardstock using a Slim Lacey Edger die, then adhered those to each side of a white A2 card base. I white heat embossed the sentiment from the Whole Lot of Awesome stamp set to the middle of the blended panel, then mounted to the card front with foam tape. I diecut the Fancy Oval Frame from gold pearl paper and 130 LB white cardstock. I carefully pulled the die up when cutting each layer to leave the insides intact. A couple of them did come out and I just added them back when I glued the two layers together. I mounted the frame to the front with thin foam strips, then accented with the Crystals Mix to finish.
Friends Like You Make the World More Beautiful card
For my final card, I blended a panel with the Mirrored Triangles stencil where the triangles formed a shape that I thought looked like fancy banner shaped flags. I kept with that shape for my card, and diecut the bottom edge of the panel with one of the Slim Edger dies. This made the panel a little too short for my card, so I also cut a braided strip from white cardstock using one of the Slim Lacey Edger dies to extend the height. I diecut the word beautiful from the Phrase Builder: Hello die set three times from white cardstock. I stacked and glued those together, then added a paint dipped feel to it by applying embossing ink to just the bottom and embossing with gilded embossing powder. I stamped the first part of the sentiment from the Thankful for Friends stamp set directly to the blended panel in Detail Black ink. I mounted it to the front of an A2 white card base, then adhered the diecut sentiment below the stamped portion. The card felt a little empty at the top, so I diecut the Lacey Floral Border once from gold pearl paper and twice from white cardstock. I stacked and glued them together, then adhered to the top of the card. I finished by accenting with the Crystals Mix.
