Happy Friday, crafty friends! I know it's been super quiet around here lately and I'm grateful for you giving me grace & sticking around when my posts are infrequent. I truly appreciate it!
I've still got a few cards to share using the May release at Pinkfresh Studio, and considering our June release is on Monday...I should probably get to sharing. Lol! Fun fact about this card - it was centered entirely around being able to accent with the Glittering Mountain ombre glitter drops. I'm typically leans towards more pastel & feminine colors, but everyone needs neutral or masculine cards from time to time, right? I'm pretty thrilled with how this card turned out!

Here is a quick overview of how to recreate this card:
- Create A2 sized card base from lunar gray cardstock & ink blend the edges with licorice ink.
- Splatter the card front with Dr. PH Martin's bleed proof white using a size 4 watercolor brush, then set aside to dry.
- Foil the Delicate Foliage image in Polished Brass foil to Hammermill white cardstock, then use the solid hot foil plate to foil the leftover.
- Ink blend the foiled image with the coordinating layering stencils in the following colors:
Stencil 1: Olive
Stencil 2: Licorice
- Diecut both foiled foliage images with the coordinating die.
- Stamp & heat emboss the sentiment in Gilded to black cardstock.
- Diecut it along with two more layers, then stack & adhere together.
- Layer the solid foiled image underneath the standard foiled image, and adhere to the card front as shown.
- Attach the sentiment to the card front with liquid glue.
- Accent with Glittering Mountain ombre glitter drops to finish.
TIP: This set has a very modern feel to it, and you will notice within the stencils that not all of the elements exactly match with the foiled or stamped design. There are leaves that you ink blend outside the lines. If you are struggling to line up the stencils, you can use the mockup on the back of the packaging to help. If that still isn't working, then I suggest you diecut the image and then do the ink blending. The die cuts out the areas where you are ink blending without the outline, so it can help you line it up a bit easier!
