Happy New Year, crafty friends! I'm sorry it's been so quiet on my blog front. I had gum grafting surgery right before Christmas and then came down with the worst cold/respiratory virus that I've had since 2019. The holidays were definitely not a picnic, and I spent most of those weeks resting and recovering. I've still got a pretty terrible cough, but for the most part I am now back to daily life!
Today I wanted to pop in and share this fresh & fun card I made live last week on the Pinkfresh Studio YouTube channel! It was our first live of 2024, and I decided some stamping and ink blending were in order using the Citrus Bloom design. You can get more details about this card below, and catch the replay if you missed it live!

Here is a quick overview of how to recreate this card:
- Cut & fold A2 card base from light pink cardstock.
- Stamp the Citrus Bloom stamp in Warm Buff to white cardstock.
- Use the coordinating layering stencils to ink blend the image.
- Diecut with the coordinating image.
- Hot foil the hexagons to white cardstock in matte gold foil.
- Diecut just the inner hexagon with the coordinating outer die.
- Diecut the rest of the panel with the largest stitched rectangle.
- Stamp the sentiment in Begonia ink, then embossing ink. Cover in clear embossing powder & heat set. Diecut with the coordinating die.
- Adhere the foiled hexagons to the card front, popping the middle one with foam.
- Arrange the citrus blooms as shown and adhere with liquid glue.
- Mount the sentiment with foam tape.
- Accent with Ballet Slipper & Peach Fuzz jewels to finish.
